Chad Landing sits directly on the New River with its own dock, floating dock, big lawn, decks, kayaks, paddleboards, fishing gear, game room and enough ways to do nothing that choosing one may become stressful.
Good news: doing nothing is also allowed.
The expensive part is already outside.
Wake up to the river, fish from the dock, paddle out, grill dinner, then sit around the firepit and watch the light change over the water.
